Hospice of Tennessee is currently hiring a Full Time Compassionate Resource Nurse (RN) to provide patient care in and around the Cookeville Area!    Our Resource Nurses (RN) are responsible for assuring that the Hospice programs are effectively represented to patients, families, and others who have an interest in hospice through pre-assessments, information sharing and/or admissions in a Patient's home or in a health care facility. This position works with the intake team, referring physician, and other referral sources to promote the hospice philosophy of care.
